By booking with Alam Mountain, you confirm to have read these Terms and Conditions and agree with the following Terms and Conditions.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

RESERVATION

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card.
  • Guest must be 18 years and older.
  • Guests under 18 years will be allowed under adult/parental supervision.
  • Pets are not allowed.

 

CHECK-IN TIME: 15:00 – 21:00

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00

 

EARLY CHECK-IN/PRE-REGISTRATION

  • Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 15:00, the Pre-Registration and payment may be required.
  • Please contact Front Desk staff directly to make reservations and complete a credit card authorization form prior to your arrival at [email protected].

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS AND REGISTRATION

  • To prevent fraud and interest of security, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued documents, i.e.: KTP or SIM for Indonesian, Passport for Foreigners at check-in. Alam Mountain will take a copy of the document for the mandatory registration and any health protocols procedure required with the local authorities.
  • A valid, signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name of the guest registration is required.
  • Alam Mountain require valid contact information from the guest making the reservations including first and last name, address, phone number and signature.
  • Alam Mountain will charge your credit card USD 200 per used house per night as a security deposit which will be refunded when check-out if there is no complaint.
  • If the guest refuses to pay the security deposit as above, then the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and the full fee of the reserved stay will be charged.
  • Guests are required to prove compliance with governmental health regulations.

CHECK-OUT TIME AND PROCEDURE

  • Check-out time is 11 am. Please check-out according to the time so that housekeeping may begin cleaning and sanitize the room for the next guests to arrive.
  • Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late check-out.
  • If guests require a later check-out, please contact Front Desk or [email protected] prior to the day of guest’s departure. A charge may apply for late check-out.
  • Extend Stay:
  • The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, a normal tariff will be charged.

PAYMENT

  • A reservation will be deemed made if acknowledged and accepted in writing by Alam Mountain and if the total amount due has been remunerated.
  • Your booking is an authorization of your credit card and will be considered your signature.
  • All reservations and registration must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card.
  • Alam Mountain accepts: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.

RATES

All rates are quoted in United States currency. The rates plus tax, service tax and any payments must be made in the nominated currency. Rates may increase without notice. Rates as advertised on Alam Mountain website, or any other booking channel or promotional material are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the Alam Mountain’s discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancelation fees are calculated on the total value of the reservations made.
  • Alam Mountain is not responsible for weather conditions, flight delays, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.
  • Reservations canceled are charged as follows:
    • Up to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
    • Between 15 and 0 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Should any guest arrive late or request an early departure, no refund will be granted.

NO SHOW CHARGES

Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date for the reservations guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-Show fee being charged to your credit card, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

CHANGE OF RESERVATION

There is a USD 50 charge when we need to change a reservation which is only allowed to be made no later than 3 (three) weeks prior to the reservation date that was previously booked. A change is only possible if the rooms are available.

CANCELATION BY ALAM MOUNTAIN AND DOUBLE BOOKING

  • Cancellation by Alam Mountain:
  • In case Alam Mountain is unable to provide the booked houses to the guest, Alam Mountain shall refund the booking amount within 7 days.
  • Double Booking:
    • Alam Mountain will refund the double-booking booked accommodation full amount within 7 days to the guests.

HOUSE RULES

  • Health Protocols
  • Follow the health guidelines provided by the government and Alam Mountain.
  • Tap Water
  • The water is clean and disinfected, but not suitable for drinking.
  • Maximum Occupancy
  • Standard Room maximum occupancy is two.
  • 100% Smoke Free
  • Smoking is prohibited at all times in the bedroom houses.
  • Smoking is only allowed in the open areas.
  • Guests will incur a minimum of USD 150 fee if smoking in the house.
  • Alam Mountain is very strict with this policy due to the risk of fire.
  • Alcohol Policy
  • Alcoholic beverages are not sold or served to persons under the age of 18.
  • A corkage fee of USD 20 per bottle will apply if guests bring their own alcoholic beverages.
  • Path Access
  • Alam Mountain keeps the paths and platforms to and around the property as clean and walk able as possible. However, in tropical weather it can be slippery. Guests must walk attentively and at own risk. Alam Mountain cannot be kept liable for accidents incurred by inattentiveness and self-indebtedness of our guests.
  • Eco-Friendly Environment
  • Please use water with care and do not waste water. Alam Mountain collects and filters rainwater to make it clean and safe. It is important, especially during the dry season, to be aware and take rather short showers and not to keep the water running in the sink, etc.
  • Alam Mountain wants to contribute to ecological behavior and takes an active role in recycling. Please help and support Alam Mountain by wisely use the water and electricity during your stay.
  • Linen Changing
  • Alam Mountain change linens in bathrooms and bed every 2 (two) days unless requested otherwise.
  • Pets and Hazardous Goods
    • Guests are not allowed to bring pets, animals, birds, weapons, swords, objects that emit a bad smell, explosives, or items that can ignite or catch fire, other items that can threaten the safety of other guests staying at Alam Mountain inside the house premises, without proper permission.
    • House Property
    • Be careful not to move/change the position of the furniture and fixtures of the house from their fixed places without permission.
    • Guests are prohibited from taking property belongings from Alam Mountain such as: furniture/decoration, bedding equipment (bed sheets, blankets, pillows, sheets, and blankets), towels, bathrobes, hangers, tableware, glasses, and cutlery, as well as electronic items.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
  • Open Nature
    • Please be aware that a stay at Alam Mountain may bring you into close contact with animals and plants. Neither Alam Mountain and/or its owners, close corporations, employees, suppliers, sponsors, nor representatives, can be held responsible for any injury or incident with animals or plants or any other disease.
  • Insurance
    • All guests should take a comprehensive insurance cover when paying their confirmation deposit, to cover them for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage, emergency evacuation back home and money.
  • Governing Laws
    • Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirmation to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
  • Crimes
    • Such is classified as crime or theft and will be resolved in accordance with Indonesian applicable law.

LOST AND FOUND POLICY

  • Alam Mountain assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged valuables or belongings.
  • Any food or drink left upon departure that can affect the cleanliness of Alam Mountain, and other items such as cigarettes and magazines should be thrown away the same day they are found.
  • If any guest loses their personal belongings during their stay at Alam Mountain, if they are recovered, the guest will be informed, and the item immediately returned to the owner.
  • If Alam Mountain discovered a personal belonging is left during their stay at Alam Mountain and/or if any item is left after the guest has checked out, Alam Mountain will collect, record, keep in a secure location and inform the owner of the item to ask for further instructions.
  • When no instructions are given to Alam Mountain by the owner or when the item’s ownership is not confirmed, valuables or items containing personal information will be handed over to the nearest police station within 7 (seven) days after being found.
  • If not claimed within 90 (ninety) days after being found, Alam Mountain will dispose the property properly.

DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY

  • Guests of Alam Mountain assume all risk and danger incidental to stay at Alam Mountain and release Alam Mountain and their owners, close corporations, employees, suppliers, sponsors, or representatives from any and all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from any cause, including from any errors or omission, whatsoever.
  • This includes but is not limited to any damage, theft, or loss of property, as well as any death or injury or damage to any person within the premises of Alam Mountain before, during or after the stay.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Alam Mountain for death or personal injury as a result of the gross negligence of Alam Mountain or that of its owners, close corporations, employees, suppliers, sponsors or representatives. Alam Mountain can also not be held responsible for poor weather, water or power interruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may occur.
  • The management of Alam Mountain may, at its discretion and without liability or cost to itself, at any time cancel or terminate the guest’s booking and in particular without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it shall be entitled to do so in the event of the illness or the illegal or incompatible behavior of the guest, who shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any refund.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Alam Mountain and its owners, close corporations, employees, suppliers, sponsors, and representatives harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Alam Mountain arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your stay.

These Terms and Conditions are made subject to and shall be governed and construed according to the laws of Indonesia.

I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and consent to these Terms and Conditions with my booking and payment of my stay.
